Jettae Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") set out the conditions for using Jettae (the "App"), an analog clock learning app for children provided by NodeOnWorks ("we", "us"), and the rights and responsibilities of us and our users.

2. Definitions

  1. "User" means anyone who downloads and uses the App, including children and their parents.
  2. "Parent" means a child's legal guardian or an adult who supervises the child's use of the App.
  3. "Store" means Apple's App Store or Google Play.
  4. "Paid Features" means features and content of the App unlocked through an in-app purchase.

3. Posting and changes

  1. We publish these Terms on the App's web page and make them easy to find inside the App.
  2. We may change these Terms within the limits of applicable law. We will post the changes and their effective date on this page at least 7 days in advance, or at least 30 days in advance for changes unfavorable to users.
  3. If you do not agree to the changes, you may stop using the App and delete it.

4. The role of parents

The App is made for children. Parents should read these Terms, guide their child's use of the App, and decide on and complete any purchase themselves. The purchase screen and external links in the App can only be opened after a grown-up check.

5. What the App offers

  1. We provide analog clock reading lessons, games, rewards and related features.
  2. The App is free to download, and part of its content is free to use. The remaining content is available after purchasing the Paid Features.
  3. We may update the App's content or design to improve it, but we will not remove the core of Paid Features you have already purchased without good reason.

6. Paid Features and payment

  1. Paid Features are a one-time purchase that you keep. They are not an auto-renewing subscription.
  2. Prices are shown on the purchase screen and in the Store. Payment is processed by the Store, and payment methods, payment errors and receipts are governed by the Store's policies.
  3. Paid Features can be used again at no additional cost on any device signed in to the same Store account by using Restore Purchase. Where a Store's family sharing applies, family members may also use them.
  4. Purchases do not transfer between different Stores (App Store and Google Play).

7. Cancellations and refunds

  1. Paid Features are digital content. Once unlocked and in use, your right to cancel may be limited as permitted by applicable law. Before purchasing, you can try the free content, and we state this on the purchase screen.
  2. If Paid Features differ from how they were described or are not delivered properly, you may request a cancellation or refund as provided by law.
  3. Because the Store processes payments and refunds, refund requests are made through the Store (App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play: from your order history). We are happy to help if needed.
  4. If a minor made a purchase without a guardian's consent, the guardian may request cancellation as provided by law.
  5. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right you have as a consumer in your country.

8. Data storage

App data, including learning progress, is stored only on your device. It is not transferred if you delete the App or change devices, and we cannot recover it. Purchased Paid Features can be restored as described in Section 6.3.

9. Privacy

We protect your personal information as described in the App's Privacy Policy. The App does not collect children's personal information.

10. Intellectual property

All rights in the App's illustrations, sounds, text and software belong to us or their rightful owners. You may use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes and may not copy, distribute, modify or reverse-engineer it without our permission.

11. Your responsibilities

You must use the App in the normal way and must not bypass the payment system, tamper with the App or otherwise interfere with its operation.

12. Discontinuation

We may stop providing the App for unavoidable reasons such as operating system changes, Store policy changes or natural disasters. If so, we will give notice in advance where possible and try to minimize any harm to users, as required by law.

13. Limitation of liability

  1. Except in cases of our intent or negligence, we are not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, device failure or a user's own carelessness.
  2. The App is an educational tool that supports learning to tell time. Learning outcomes may vary from child to child.
  3. This section does not apply where applicable law does not allow our liability to be limited.

14. Stores

The Store's terms also apply to downloads and payments. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms; we, not Apple or Google, are responsible for the App and its content.

15. Contact and disputes

  1. Please send any questions or complaints about the App to [email protected]. We will handle them in good faith.
  2. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
  3. If the laws of your country of residence give consumers stronger protection, these Terms do not take that protection away.

Effective date

These Terms take effect on 2026-10-12.
